GENERAL INFORMATION
 Breakfast items (Egg, bacon, sausage filled rolls) will be available to purchase from 7am
 Booking-in and the weigh-in is at the Clubhouse, 59 Central Parade, Herne Bay. Tel.01227- 362127
 Booking-in is from 07.00am. The Weigh-in is from 15.30pm.
 ZONES to be decided depending on entry
 There will be overall Prize Winners and Zone Prize Winners
 Overall Prize Winners will NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A ZONE PRIZE.
 Competitors must NOT LEAVE LITTER.

COMPETITION RULES
1. To be fished to H.B.A.A. Rules and Fish Sizes.
2. Entrance Monies to be paid before drawing Zone and Peg Number.
3. There is no casting into the sea after 30 minutes before the start of the competition.
4. No angler to use more than ONE ROD. A second rod may be made up and baited ready for use.
5. Anglers must fish the peg they draw. (No second draw for pegs allowed)
6. All under-sized fish caught must be returned to the sea. Eels are catch & release (8oz awarded for any)
7. All anglers to act as Stewards. (sizeable Eels caught)
8. Sizeable fish caught must be registered with an angler fishing in the nearest peg within 15 minutes of capture. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
9. No bags will be accepted for weighing-in after 16.25pm.
10. In the event of 2 or more anglers having the same weight, the greatest number of fish will win.
11. Any protest or complaint must be made in writing, signed and witnessed, and given to an Official Steward during the competition, or before the completion of the weigh-in.
12 No driving or parking of motor vehicles along the promenade or sea walls, anyone doing so will be disqualified. (This includes the gated pathway south of the King Ethelbert public house)
13. The H.B.A.A. Committee reserves the right to refuse an entry.
14. The H.B.A.A. Committee's decisions on all matters relating to the Competition will be final.
